Dulce Sueño ~ Sweet dreams. This herbal tea blend is inspired by bridging the ways of my cultural kinship with passionflower, jasmine, manzanilla / babooneh (chamomile) with plantitas that are supportive in navigating the intricate maze in life (internally & externally).
I recommend this tea for those that find it supportive to build a ritual to set the tone for sleeping, rest, and slowness. Especially for slowing down the racing thoughts after a long day, calling in more gentleness, and bringing in your energy back into your body.
