Ingredients: Amor (love), Pink salt, Magnesium chloride flakes, French Grey Salt, Cottonwood bud infused in olive oil, Cedar infused in olive oil, Cedar, Rose, Pink/White Yarrow.
How to work with: Set the space. Taking some breaths, you may give gratitude to the water, salts, and minerals.
¼ cup to a pot with boiled water, steep for 15 mins. Strain & pour into the bath. Or you can add the desired amount into your muslin cloth (to prevent a clogged drain) and may be used in your warm bath, foot soak, etc. For a more potent bath, add more as needed.
Baños (Baths) are supportive during cooler/colder months, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. You may end with a cold water rinse for extra immune support.
